Walker, Tipps & Malone was originally formed as Walker, Bryant & Tipps in January 2000 by eight civil litigation attorneys from a respected Nashville law firm who wanted to form a practice dedicated exclusively to civil litigation and trial work. The firm became known as Walker, Bryant, Tipps & Malone in May 2002 when Gayle Malone, a senior partner in the litigation group of another prominent Nashville law firm, joined the practice. In August 2006, John Bryant was appointed as a United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Tennessee, and the firm's name was changed to Walker, Tipps & Malone. Since its launch, WTM has earned an outstanding reputation as a quality litigation boutique whose attorneys work hard to provide efficient and cost-effective legal service to clients in Tennessee and nationwide. We are proud to be a frequent referral choice of other quality law firms when conflicts or other circumstances prevent them from handling a particular matter.
